At Sideout Gear, you as the customer are our most important asset. We take great pride in providing the highest quality/best fitting products. Occasionally, you may have the need to return an item. If the need to return should arise, send it back to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. Returns that occur prior to 30 days will not have a restocking fee.

Exchanges processed prior to 30 days are subject to product availability.
Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on your original order. Please allow up to 14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in original condition. If sold as a set, it must be returned as a set.
Any items that have been worn outside will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition and packaging, and cannot be returned.
Please try everything on indoors.
All packaging, boxes and accessories must be included in original condition. Do not use the shoe box as the shipping carton.
Returned items may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee at our discretion.
No re-stocking fee will apply when items are returned within 30 days. Please note that returns older than 30 days can only be refunded for store credit and may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Please use our online Product Return Form to initiate the return process. This online form will expedite your return process and notify us of your items. Please fill it out completely and include a printed copy that will be emailed to you upon submission with your items to the address below.
Please ship all returns to Sideout Gear. We are not liable for any returns that are sent to our secondary warehouses or vendors. You MUST send your return to the address below:
Did we send you the wrong item? Wrong color, or size? No worries. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your shipment so we can make things right. We will promptly ship out the correct item at no cost to you. We will also arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up at no cost, so you don’t have to worry about anything. Please be aware that we cannot reimburse the price for the return shipping to us if we are not notified within 3 day of receiving your shipment.
Ordered the wrong item? If you ordered the wrong size, color or simply aren’t comfortable with your item, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges. Simply notify us within 3 days of receiving your shipment and ship your item(s) back to us and we will take care of the rest. Please be sure to fill out our online product return form. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping the item(s) back to us, unless we made an error.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Customized or decorated products are non-refundable and non-returnable for any reason.
Gifts provided with purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
Undergarments and mouth-guards do not qualify for exchange or refund.
Returned merchandise must be in store bought condition or will not be accepted by Sideout Gear.
Closeout items cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are defective.
We cannot accept COD’s or packages marked “Bill Recipient.” Please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit.
